Michele Little, CPM, ARM, NMQB
Executive Director

Michele has over 30 years in the field of Asset Management. She has managed freestanding hospital clinics, professional and medical office buildings, a Lifecare Community, and a variety of other assets.
Senior care is something Michele is passionate about and as she loves working with the assisted living and memory care clients. When Michele is not at work, you can find her in her garden, harvesting walnuts and hickory nuts or making homemade maple syrup from the trees on her 30 acre farm.
Jordan Hartman, RN, CHPN

Jordan has been a dedicated nurse since 2015, with certification in hospice and palliative care.
As a CNA instructor, Jordan is committed to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Passionate about delivering excellence in care, Jordan strives to ensure patients and their families receive compassionate, high-quality support at every stage of their journey.
John Prigge
Culinary Director

John started with Koru Health in 2024 as the Culinary Director. He has over 30 years of culinary experience in restaurants, resorts, and senior living communities. He enjoys creating enjoyable and healthy options the residents love.
In his free time, he loves to golf, watch sports, and relax on a nice quiet beach. He also enjoys traveling back home to Key West, Florida to visit family.
Emily Faust
Administrative Assistant

Emily has 3 years of experience working in senior living communities, both as a receptionist and as a Life Enrichment Assistant.
She is passionate about greeting guests and residents with a smile.
Melissa Rohloff
Lifestyle Coordinator

Melissa began working at The Sonnet at Tennyson during the winter of 2025. She brings with her over 7 years experience working as an Activity Director, CNA, and Resident Assistant.
Melissa is especially passionate about providing meaningful activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise, Sensory Bingo, socials, and parties - even prom! She enjoys organizing outings, dancers, trivia, family events, singers, musicians, movies, drummers, and even animals to bring smiles and laughter to our residents. Melissa tailors every activity to each and every residents’ ability, so all can enjoy.

Daniel started with The Sonnet at Tennyson in 2024. He studied Business Administration in Ecuador and has over 4 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Dedicated and passionate about his role, Daniel is committed to continuous improvement and innovative healthcare services.
